Heather Noddle is the 'Operative' and 'Provider' of BorderScan - a canine pregnancy diagnostic ultrasound service.
The Owner of the dog is expected to pay the fee in full at the time of the appointment.
In doing so, the Owner accepts the following terms and conditions:

- BorderScan is trained to conduct ultrasound scans for the purpose of providing 'additional information and independent opinion' about potential canine pregnancy. BorderScan makes no claim to any Veterinary qualification.
- Under no circumstances should such opinion ever replace professional Veterinary advice. A Veterinary professional should always be consulted for diagnosis and treatment of Veterinary medical conditions.
- BorderScan reserves the right to refuse to conduct or complete an ultrasound scan on any bitch which, in the opinion of the Provider, shows aggression or appears unduly stressed by the procedure. In this event, an appointment fee discounted by £10 is payable.
- Shaving/clipping a small area of the bitch's abdomen may be recommended so that the scanning equipment can provide optimal information. Shaving is not compulsory but the Owner is aware that not doing so could affect the accuracy of information provided.
- If an estimation of litter size is provided during a pregnancy scan, the Owner understands that no guarantee is offered or implied as to the number of pups that may subsequently be whelped.
- Ultrasound scans cannot reveal the gender or the coat colour of any pups.
- If in the opinion of the Provider, a scan proves inconclusive in diagnosing pregnancy, a repeat (second) scan may be offered approximately one week later subject to availability and convenience. The repeat scan is charged at £10 discount.
- A repeat scan is offered at the total discretion of the Provider. The Provider is under no obligation to offer a repeat scan.
- If digital images of the scan are required, this must be requested at the time of the scan to ensure that the images are saved.
Digital images will be emailed to the address provided.
